NCSHP LODD - Trp Samuel Bullard

Lost one of our own last night during a chase. Young kid and from all accounts a good kid. Came to be a Trooper when he first turned 21. Had three years service. Thank you for doing a job most have no desire to do E532. Prayers to your family and your fiancée. Rest easy brother.

RIP and prayers out to the family.

I never met him personally but spoke to him a couple of times over the phone when he called the Medical Examiners Office regarding a Motor Vehicle accident he worked and I got assigned the case on our side.

He was very professional and seemed to have a real easy going demeanor.

Thanks for your service.
