Help! Best adware/pop-up remover?

Imagine my surprise when I could not find anything about this already posted. I'm being bombarded by the Harry's Razor ads. In addition to constantly having a 2in x 6in ribbon across the bottom of the page, the screen seems to be getting smaller due to Harry's ads on each side like bookends.

I want to run a good pop-up and adware remover but there are so damn many I'm reluctant until I research it a bit. Or is this something Harry's has agreed to with Chrome?

Thanks!

Adwcleaner, Malwarebytes, Hitman Pro. If you think a google extension is the culprit then try https://www.google.com/chrome/cleanup-tool/.

I'm willing to bet that Adwcleaner or Malwarebytes will do the trick though.

Clear out your browser of all cookies. Make sure the browser is updated. Install Ghostery and AdBlockPlus plugins. Install and run Malwarebytes. Should take care of it.

For browser you could try Ublock Origin. Make sure to adjust the filters (not all are checked by default).

Yup - the new standard IMO. 99% usable right out of the box.
