I got the stalling bit and working on the robot deal - but she doesn't seem to realize that with a couple of more bad turns she might be stuck there forever.

The officer on the main space ship mentioned there was no law there yet and it was kinda' up to him but in the new age I just don't see the death penalty as an option. Would be really off the table if she sucked up to the others - but that will never happen - she just couldn't do it.

I don't think she was initially to worried about being "stuck" on the planet they were on, as she mentioned several time how she couldn't go back to their mother ship without the robot to protect her. Once the situation changed, so did her plans.

I am curious about the robot's memory loss and flashbacks to killing humans. Will his origin be revealed?

Sort of - at least most of the "why" gets explained. And they left a good entry into next season - if there is one.
