I read of the firing of this Det. Payne.

However, I also read that he was following orders from Lt. Tracy.

So, why is dipshit #2 not fired?

And, paid admin leave? That shithead needs to pay that back.

Yep...the only one worse than the guy breaking the law is the one that gave him the order to do so. They should suffer the same fate and then move on to a criminal investigation...at the least.

They were both on paid admin leave during the internal investigation. The LT was not only demoted, but demoted two ranks to officer.
