Yesterday evening I did a "Warrior Wednesday" with my boys (13 ,9 and 7).

The Program:
- Warm up: Jog to high knees to butt kicks to side steps to bear crawls to push ups to neck bridges to forward rolls to shrimping to break falls (should have done first)

- Drills: (BJJ) Arm break down with leg pull and windshield wiper from guard | (Boxing) 10 each jab, straight, hook and uppercut to throw punches non-stop for 1 minute

- Grappling: Guard retention (bottom player) or escape (top player)

I noticed you mentioned resistance bands in your workout. I love my bands, combine them with core exercises and some free weights. Dam good work out for 64 years old!

Right on. I've used them for warm ups, high rep burns and for an office workout. Do some reps every hour. They are great and travel well.

Today: Slept like crap, so did a low impact neck and shoulder yoga stretch routine.

Went on a 1.7 mile walk in the mountains with my dog. Nice, spring like air in Southwest Virginia today.

Been doing some easy-get the blood flowing-keep the limbs limber workouts the last few days. I'm starting a week long firefighter survival school on Monday so I'm resting my bones and hydrating.

22 sets of stairs, two stories high, this morning. Alternating setting down and picking up 35 kettle bell then holding KB into chest while doing the stairs. Smoked me. Did it with two of my MA students , 20 years younger than me. They both finished their 22 sets, two ahead of me. But at least I finished.
