5 rounds in ~17 minutes of:
- 10 Hindu push ups
- 10 4-count flutter kicks
- 10 Alligators
- 10 triangles
- 10 tabletop sit outs

Looked at some alternate stomach exer
Flutter kicks,lying reverse curl, planks,V sit-ups
I like that device- perfect sit up, lay on the board, great crunches!
