Doing this later today. I'm going to start with 25# plates as my full size plate are 50#.

I didn't realize how horrible 25lbs could be, but a great workout for the mind and body.

With a 25# plate in 46:20 of - Seven rounds with decreasing reps 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 of each:

- Bicep curls
- Transverse lunge (L/R)
- Front raise
- Wood choppers (L/R)
- Front lunge/single leg squat (L/R)
- Halos (L/R)
- Bent over rows
- Oblique twists (L/R)
- Overhead high knees
- Shoulder press
- 10 calories on Assault Bike

Up a bit late and some extra wine last night that I think negatively affected me this morning. Burned out on chest earlier than I thought I would.

Workout in ~25 minutes:
- Set 1 - DB press: 76#x6/86#x4/96#x1 *
- Set 2 - BB curls: 8#x10/106#x6/116#x2 **
- Set 3- WOSS rows: 20/15/10 *
- Set 4- Incline DB press: 56#x6/66#x2 (toast) **

*Sets 1&3 - 20 crunches between each set of reps (120 total)
**Sets 2&4 - 20 Supermans between each set of reps (120 total)

5 min X 6 exer-very simple, got my HR up
Then hit heavy bags, nothing great
Roman chairs , a few reps and chins-ok so I go 1 or 2 at a time
Wife is making salmon patties!!!

5/7/2020: .93 miles in 10:40 / 100 push ups & 200 air squats in 7:00 / 1.11 miles in 10:50

5/8/2020: 1.83 mile walk around the lake

Some weights, cardio and core with 4 rounds in ~22:00 of:
- 10 126# hang cleans
- .2 mi. on assault bike
- 10 61# kettlebell swings
- 10 rotating hanging knees to elbows
- 10 25# dumbbell squat thrusts
+25 wall hip switches (1 set)
