Skipped the heavy mace on the 14th and went high rep on the 10 lb for 3 flows over the day, last one was 30 minutes.

15th: Heavy morning mace: gravediggers, spear, rack squat and switch curls. Spread out over the rest of the day, 3 short 20 minute 10 pound flows and a final 45 minute 10 pound flow to end day.

I've been playing with Indian clubs for over a decade and canvas bags of steel shot for about 25 years and have developed a flow with them based on Tai Chi and Silat movements.

In order to get comfortable with mace flow before going out on my own I've been following Leo Urquides on Youtube for ideas.

I can't say enough good things about the mace workout. I just unboxed a new set of 7lb maces this morning and am chomping at the bit to use them in this afternoon's flow.

If you're new to maces 10 lb sounds light, it isn't, start with 10 lbs, trust me.

20th Quad mace morning workout. Evening flow with 10 lb.

21st: Finally managed 360's and 10-2's with my hands 1 hand width from the bottom of the handle. Getting used to tossing and catching it as well. 2 flows for the day with the 10 lb.

Trying random flows throughout the day, 2 songs at a time since the 2nd.
Switching mace weights for each flow so I use all 3 maces everyday.

This is really working well, I can finally use the 10 lb mace at full length for the 360 and 10 and 2 movements.

Flows with 10 and 7's have become natural and I'm comfortable tossing and catching them.
