John Croft Director of Ops at BRCC

Big Daddy John Croft is now the Director of Ops at Black Rifle Coffee Co. John is a solid dude, very professional and the definition of "Don't take my kindness for weakness." Well done brother, best of luck at BRCC.

I watched the video, and felt like I knew him.

I'd follow him...

Watching this video I'm struck by how "young at heart" and happy he looks.

That's Big Daddy, that's how he rolls. Just a happy go lucky type guy. Believe it or not, that 6'4" 250lb behemoth graduated Sniper School. Just an all around solid dude. Any organization, military or civilian is lucky to have him. Here he is "motivating" some Go Rucker's under the Brooklyn Bridge.

I had the opportunity to be in his company once when he was with other GoRuck cadre. I didn't have any interactions with him but had I known you two had history I would have named dropped to try and get a free beer!!

What I did see was a man that led by example. Best of luck Big Daddy.

Big Daddy was my SNCOIC at SOTG in Oki. He's truly one of my favorite people to walk this planet. I need to make a trip down to the BRCC office!

Big Daddy Awesome Awesome Marine. I met Big Daddy at Ft Benning Jump School, he was there on Permissive TAD paying his way through out of pocket. He told me back then that he will see me at Recon someday, I was there from Oki, 3rd SOTG I believe SB got me the quota and sent me. A few short years later I was serving with Big Daddy at 1st FoRecon Co. Big Daddy was also a frequent visitor at the Party Pad on the Strand in O'Side. John is amazing and I am Honored to be able to call him my friend

He is big in the GoRuck community. I do not know how he was when he was in, but in that community he is a gentle giant.
