Local media says Carolina will be OK, they "just need to find their identity."

They are all in for Carolina, says they are easily a Final Four team. Whatevs. Maybe, ol' Roy is a good coach and they have talent, but a 16-5 record with a couple bad losses is suspect. But of course I am glad they lost

As for tickets to the Duke/Va game...wish I could help. I split some tix with another family, so if I don't go, he gets all 4, and vice versa.

Very impressive performance by Virginia basketball today. Excellent defense.

The Dukies must average 90 points a game and hadn't scored less the 80 all season.

UVA shot very poorly today but they still beat Duke at home. I love it.

Duke gave them everything they had, and if they were shooting better from the line it could have been a different outcome.

Virginia's offense is what will keep them from going deep in the tourney.

Glad to see State beat UNC. Ol' Roy can suck it....

But to be honest...I was cussing the tube when Duke came roaring back in the 2nd half--I had visions of another last second Lattiner for the win...as only Duke can do.

This is one of the best defenses Virginia has fielded, but they usually don't go too deep in the tournament. Even with that defense, they only won by a couple, and with a Duke team that wasn't shooting well from the line. They need more offense from just a couple players. They shoot cold from 3, Duke wins by 10.

Kinda the opposite with Duke...no one can out-offense them and their defense is their Achilles heel.

Last year at Virginia Duke was down what, 10, with 3 minutes in the game and ended up winning. Not this time. Almost.

I agree, and figured it would happen--I love watching UVA in the 1st half, the 2nd half...fucking pins and needles for the most part. It's just good to have something to cheer about, again, after years of shitty teams and shitty playing--Duke has been laying the smackdown for years--and once March Madness hits center stage...you can never, ever...ever count those fuckers out.
