Mil Buddy Finder question

Can't seem to find an answer online so thought I would bring it here. If someone was definitely in the military, went to AIT, then got out before their scheduled ETS and do not show up on mil.com Buddy Finder, does that mean they were separated under other than Honorable? Is there a more reliable database of this than mil.com?

I ran myself in "mil.com Buddy Finder" and came up with zip, nada, nothing found...and I retired after 21+ years...
