How he got by the is V.A. about a P.H.

When an individual enrolls, in V.A. system, they are required to provide documentation at that time, The information with the documentation is sent to Atlanta GA V.A. headquarters for certification of the P.H.

If that request is not sent to Atlanta GA V.A. headquarters for certification of the P.H. it can end up on his records. Some V.A. clerk screwed up.

Disgusting. A VA rating and a free residence?

Fuck him. I hope the 21 months go by very, very slowly. I guess he traded on free residence for another.

WTF, he's guilty but he doesn't have to turn in his Purple Heart license plate?

At least they finally jammed him up.

Fuck this guy.

This is bullshit...
Quote:
Wright's attorney, Christopher Black, called it "the right sentence."

"He acknowledged responsibility for the bad decisions that he's made and apologized for them," Black said.
because of this...

Quote:
His fraud came to light because a co-worker in the U.S. Commerce Department discovered in 2009 that he had fabricated National Guard orders in an effort to be paid for a week of skipped work.

Wright accused the co-worker, Cristina Jackson, of violating his privacy, and the department initially tried to punish her instead of him. Eventually, she reported what was going on to the department's inspector general, whose findings against Wright eventually made their way to federal prosecutors.
Trying to punish those that catch your lying ass is not a 'bad decision', you fucking piece of shit.
