You should trademark that...and then make it go viral

High fat & protein mixed with intermittent fasting. Fads are profitable.

There wouldn't be a "Fitness Industry" if you didn't take some 50-75 year old (or older!) concept, and give it a new name.

These guys had no drugs, and only ate actual food:

Exercise and a moderate intake of healthy food - what a concept!

Dr. Jasun Fung on "Therapeutic Fasting: A good overview on the mechanism of fasting as a health intervention. Dr Fung has other vidoes that are also instructive.
Dr. Jason Fung completed medical school and internal medicine at the University of Toronto before finishing his nephrology fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles at the Cedars-Sinai hospital.

He now has a practice in Ontario, Canada where he uses his Intensive Dietary Management program to help all sorts of patients, but especially those suffering from the two big epidemics of modern times: obesity and type 2 diabetes.

I make about 2 gallons of bone broth every other month.
20 pounds of beef femurs, cut into 2 or 3" chunks
thrown into the 23 quart pressure cooker with 2 gallons of water.
Cook at 15 pounds (10 pounds if you're down in the bottomland) for 2 hours.
Cool it off, fish out the bones, poking any residual marrow out into the pot.
Mix it up very well with a stick blender, to both pulverize any meat and marrow that's still in there, and to mix up the fat with the water.
While its still blended well and not seperating back, pour it back into the gallon jugs using a funnel and a 2 cup measuring spoon (a ladle is far too small and takes far too long.)
Refrigerate one gallon, put the rest into the freezer.

I put about 3 ounces per meal on top of my dog's kibbles. She's the one who eats it, and she loves it.
