I will have to grind some up in the morning. It’s still the bag.

I don’t like to brag, but I will! I have some Kenya AA coming my way. Hand delivered out of Nairobi.

Glad you like it, usmc! Hope you do too, stretch. Next in line is a Bali Kintamani Natural process, which is slightly bizarre for that region of the world. Friends brought some roasted from Bali, and it's straight strawberries and simple syrup, like biting into a fresh strawberry. Unbelievable.

New Bali Kintamani Natural. Friends brought some of these beans back from acation, roasted, and excited the shit out of me. Simply outstanding, like biting into a strawberry dipped in sugar. So I tracked some down (even though it's sold out), and it's up for sale now, first roast tentatively Monday.

Order placed for both the new Bali and Timor - as well as Brazil and Ethiopian. I went for variety on this one :)

I'm hitting all the unusual origins: Timor, Bali, Congo!

Pretty sweet new Colombia, grown by an indigenous community, using natural processing methods. Loads of dried fruit, chocolate, and huge body.

Another stellar coffee! This one is highly unusual, using wet-processing, not wet-hulling, so it's quite a flavor outlier.
