The first true chest and back workout since the corona virus shut everything down.

This Homewood Suites has only been opened a few months and has a rather nice gym. I decided to play it safe after a rough start with DB's, and mainly just did various exercises with the cable station machine.

Not to tough...guess I could always increase the weight.

Something to do at the end of a long day on a Friday before the beer comes out.

Made a BJJ dummy with some rolled blankes, pillows, stuffed into a Carhartt overall and a spare GI. Worked pretty well today as I did some warmups and drills. Hung the dummy with a strap from my pull up bar to do stand up work.

Warm up: jog; side steps (L/R); high knees; butt kickers; duck walks; alligators; push ups; triangles; triangles with sit up; shrimps

Drills - Standing: double legs; single legs; hip toss

Drills - Ground: Americana; armbar from guard
