when it rains it pours - active PJ could use a hand

Hey all, posting on behalf of a buddy.

Iím currently stationed at a rescue squadron and one of the PJís I work alongside, Thorny, just went through a wicked shitty divorce. His ex is a righteous bitch and seriously cleaned him out. Heís in a bunch of debt, and while heís getting help, doesnít have any extra coin after taking care of himself and his two kids.
Well he also just found out his dog needs a $4,000 surgery to repair some leg damage.

I didnít think the lounge would be an appropriate venue, but thought here would be good. I've donated, and if you can, awesome, if not, if you have any venues to share that would be awesome.

Cheers,
Steve

Cheers,
Steve

Bugeater,

Have Bradford reach out to the UofA Veterinary College. I have had friends that were able to get their dogs fixed up for relatively cheap by vet schools. Sort of like going to the local beauty school for a cheap haircut.

Long story long: Stella Bear got her surgery and is recovering well!

The reach of this place is amazing. Thanks for all who helped share or donate or just help with kind words. Thorny is over the moon and his kids are completely stoked. Thank you all again.
