There are some Army JTACs in some SOF units and at the JFO schoolhouse at FT Sill. Not sure where they trained, though.

You will have to amble over to the MARSOC forum and inquire. I am not sure how their schoolhouse is setup. Regards.

SOTACC course is at Yuma for SF types.
