You may want to flesh this out a bit more. Not much in the way of an intro.

Nifty! So let me get this straight; you know a guy and therefore he's vetted. You haven't even posted an intro, nor been vetted yourself, but we're just supposed to take your word for it right?

Pretty sure I did an intro back in 06' when I set this account up. If not bummer.

Take it how you want, I now BG and know what he has done vise versa. You don't want to take my word, that's cool. Not worried.

So, I guess I didn't post an intro 10 years ago when I set this account up. Thought I did. Anyway....

Retired Corpsman here. 94'-14'. Spent most of my career with the Marine Corps Infantry(9+years) and was lucky enough to spend 5+ years with the Boat Teams.

Won't post name in open forum but if you have any questions feel free to pm me.

What Boat Team, when?

And if you're confident enough to "vet" somebody you have enough SA to recognize the poor intro he did right?

SOCNET takes vetting very seriously, which is why the site works as well as it does.

You haven't been vetted from what I can see.

Sorry, not posting my info on an open forum. I will say I was on the opposite coast than you where.

Never figured out how to get vetted on this site without posting my personal info in a public forum. If that is what it takes then I guess I can't get vetted.

No need to post it on the open, simply send a Private Message to one of the moderators/admins and they will get you vetted.

For SWCC the moderators are: trident86, Cass, triumph

While I still recommend that he flesh-out his intro a bit more (cough-Frogman-cough), I can now vouch for Brother Grimm. Welcome aboard Bro!

Hey everyone. I was a Seabee for 5 years, assigned to one of the two Amphibious Construction Battalions, specifically ACB1 in Coronado. Wanted to join in some of the discussions (in my lane of course.) Thanks for having me.

Hey guys. I joined the TNNG in 1989 while a med student. Got bored doing rectal exams and paperwork. Did Phase 3 of C4 at Ft. Sam in '94. A couple of 20th Grp guys approached me afterwards and asked if I'd like to join 20th Grp. A couple of months later, I was in. Best decision of my life. Better than med school. Seriously. Spent 10 years there as 1/20th BN FS/DMO (after completing those schools, of course). I regret the day I left. Thanks for allowing me in to SOCNET.

Hmm, not sure about that: Docs can be whiny folks in a herd.

Welcome to the new folks. Enjoy this site.

My name is DJ and just got off 6 years active duty, and just joined the Guard as an 11B, looking to do my first overseas contract, and trying to make it in the world.
