Rural Domestic Preparedness Consortium Employment

I took a class recently through the Rural Domestic Preparedness Consortium (RDPC). The instructor was a retired cop and did a great job with the class. I am giving some thought to applying to be an instructor for them. I am just wondering if anybody here has done this or is doing this, either for RDPC or a similar organization? If so, what is the compensation like? It looks like it might be pretty good post-retirement work.

I took a similar course here:

A lot of good information, and I'm a certified instructor, but never thought of doing it as employment. I do know that the course materials, and such, are provided free by DHS (Well, your tax dollars pay for them...)

I see they have a list of their instructors, but didn't see an employment link.

If gun control laws controlled crime, we wouldn't need cops.
Finally, I believe that punishing lawful gun owners by creating new, more onerous laws, and restricting Constitutionally guaranteed rights, when we already don't enforce the tens of thousands of gun laws we have on the books, is like beating your dog because the neighbor's dog shit in your yard.
