I might as well get in on this...

Yesterday
5x5 Squat Press at 630lb
superset with
5x10 air squats
superset with
5x30 calf raises

5x5 Straight Leg Deadlift at 195
5x8 Leg Extensions at 190
superset with
5x8 Seated Leg Curl at 130

5x10 Seated Calf Raise at 135

Done...I'll kill my chest and do the crosstrainer for 30 minutes today.

Today was the first time I have done a boot camp style work out since I hurt my back/SI Joints over two years ago.

It was a real casual 50min workout conducted with 20lb sandbags held by a meetup group near the Univ of NC.

I was nervous but I did really well except for one broad jump in which I landed wrong. I watched my form, and did strict sets but more than anything it helped my mental confidence

Today was also the first time I ever ate/stepped foot in a whole foods. Pulled pork, brisket and smoked sweet potatoes is an awesome post workout meal.
