Anyone remember an 18B instructor?

This guy is way after my time but does anyone remember a civilian instructor at the 18B Committee named Ken Elmore around the early 2000s?

I know he currently runs a company called Specialized Armament, I'm trying to find out if he worked where he said he did.

"Started by Ken Elmore in 1990 after leaving active duty with the U.S. Army, the concept for a small firearms company has developed into Specialized Armament,"

Photo of him in the above link.

I went through the 18B course in the summer of 2004 and he wasn't there to the best of my knowledge.

You see that part I wrote about how I knew about his company? I knew about his website too.

Thanks for the info on 2004. The closest my friend had was early 2000s so I can't get anymore precise than that.
