check your decision letter if you have not done so. The VA gives you the exact reason why they denied you, so you can go from there and see what you need to next to pass go and collect 200$

I didn't mean to sound snide but the VA has treated me very poorly and caused me a lot and stress in the last 25 years. I don't personlly deal with them anymore. I'm not that strong I guess because I get angry as hell with them.

Your claim is missing something. You need to relook at your claim and your evidence.

If the VA has done something right in the last 10 years, it's putting into plain-language exactly why they are denying, reducing, granted, or touching a service-related disability. You should really read your mail, if you're just passing it to a third party. Or, that third-party should be responsibly showing it to you.

I read it, it said no diagnosis for sinusitus which is bullshit, every doctor I have seen in the last 29 years has treated me for it including the VA ENT clinic.

Were you treated for it in the Military? Do you have the Clinical notes showing it? How many times did you get diagnosed with it while in the Service? Did the issues continue after getting out of the Service? Do you have the Dr's notes showing the treatment? If you have all of this then you have a case.

Having it doesn't get it. Without service connection while in, or within one year of getting out you're dead in the water.

I have had sinus problems since I breath mustard and sarin gas in Iraq from the Kamisiya denonations in March 1991. The Government covered it up ,lied about it and sanitized my records.

Ask to have a re-evaluation of medical your condition don't say anything about an increase of your disability, Due to some health problems make a list of everything an have it ready when ask questions. give them everything. (From A to Z)

I have been aware of that since 1991, while I was bleeding from my nose and blood filled my lungs and the Company medics ordered Medivacs for me several times because they couldn't do anything for me but dope me up. The medivacs were all cancelled by higher command. Then after three weeks of screaming in pain and bleeding and blindness I was told that there were no chemical weapons. They said the large blisters all over mybody was from a sunburn. Yeah I'm aware of it.

I don't know if they still allow "Buddy Statements", sworn statement's by folks who have first hand knowledge of the incident/situation, if you can track some of them down.

I had a couple buddies write up a sworn statements for a claim of mine, either the statements worked, or the claim itself worked, but I think the statements helped quite a bit.

Seems like at this point, try anything to help.

Good luck
.
