Good idea, but I have recently had extensive blood work and hormones are all within normal limits(WNL).

I heard back from a few therapists and I found one I want to try who is an MFT.

I also heard back from my Psychiatrist and based on my HX and other meds I am taking she added Welbutrin to be taken in the AM.

So far everyone is responsive.

I would like to thank everyone for their posts and PM's.

John

The "stay the hell away from booze" cannot be emphasized enough.

I've been thrust into the AA/recovery shit via my S/O's issues the past few years more than I'd ever hoped. What I can understand of it, a chunk of addiction cases, if not a majority, are either untreated or poorly treated cases of depression, or dual diagnosis, etc

Avoiding isolating is huge too if for no other reason than having people keep you accountable for your shit.

NB: I don't know how y'all type on your phones. I just let this fly way early (sorry!)

So I have been trying CBD oil, and pure Hemp oil for sleep and anxiety issues. Now I really don't care about anything. Sometimes the house could burn down and I would probably just go out and cut the grass!

The stuff used to grow out back here prolifically. We are in the country on a farm. I used to salvage some and make tea out of it. The birds loved it in the winter. Now after years of using roundup(not by me, I hate the shit) the hemp is gone and the canadian thistle has moved in, en masse! Depressing!

After experiencing anxiety issues, depression, and different sleep cycles for 50 years let me reassure you they are addictive.
