Good man using mixed ammo.

Do you have multi-cam seat covers?

Yes Sir I figured out the hard way earplugs were a necessity for that ear-ringing little bastard. Just grey vinyl seats but multi cam seat covers sound like an awesome idea

Ho does that SOCOM 16 group for you? I had one for a few years and it never shot better than 5" at 100m.

Any interest in the Ruger PC Carbine? https://ruger.com/products/pcCarbine/models.html

Can be had in 9mm & 40S&W. Street price looks to be < $450.
Looks like a good candidate.

I am not much of a paper target shooter. I am guilty of hoarding my ammo and I rarely shoot beyond 75 yards anymore unless it's with my work rifle. When I get the time I'll check it out with both iron and optics at 100 meters.

I'm not 100% convinced that the small aperture National Match peep sights are better than the wide aperture tritium sights the rifle comes with. For me, the rifle points very naturally.

I neck-shot a goat-killing donkey at full gallop with an out-of-the-box SOCOM 16 at about 30 yards and the donkey never even kicked. I did not have time to use earplugs and my left ear rang for almost a month.

44 lever action carbine with the first round being shot shell. You know snakes and all in the south.

The local Rural King has a Ruger AR pistol, 10.5” barrel. Has it listed for $619.

That’d be a dandy little truck gun.
