Memorial Day Murph in 00:53:20. No vest, all the runs, all the squats, less than 20 real pull ups then TRX style, 170/200 push ups then on knees. Completed with group of fellow Vets, public safety folks, friends and family.

Last thur/fri weights and elliptical
Today heavy legs and some shoulders. Stopped 5 min shy of 30 on the elliptical because I didn't "feel right". Not sure what thats all about??
My 14 and 17 y/o boys have been doing the Short Card for the past 3 days.

I rode my DH Indian motorcycle yesterday and the stationary bike. Lifted the before too. I was shining up the DH and my leg muscles were kind of giving out!! will not do leg exer for a couple of days
