Lead bullets powder coated, it's a current trend, like moly coating was a generation ago. Seems to work OK at reducing leading without the smoke of normal wax/organic lubricated cast bullets. S/F....Ken M

Yup, Also good for the frugal reloader (me)...

I cast my own bullets, but also have a suppressor. The powder coating (I DIY) keeps the lead from depositing in the internals of the suppressor.

PSA has "Daily Deal" on PMC Bronze 9mm for $10.99 with free shipping if you buy 10 or more boxes. I just placed an order for 1k rounds to feed my VP9, and the Sig P226 SAO Elite I'm borrowing from a friend to decide if I want one of my own.

No, I did not re-read 570 posts.

Yes, I have 5k of CCI .22LR Standard Velocity headed my way. $0.0756/rd. through gunbroker via a shop in MN. I will most likely call MN directly next time.

I found some locally at $0.12/rd.

Ammoseek.com is great for checking the market, but lately I've just been dealing with SGAmmo.com in Oklahoma. Lowest prices on the good stuff, and a wide selection of it. 9mm, 5.56mm, 7.62x39, you name it. 9 times out of ten cheaper than elsewhere. Current production German Ruag 124 gr. 9mm in S&B packaging (it was a subcontract) for $182.95/$16 shipping.

Edit: Now listed as "sold out but more coming next week".

I buy it by the case whenever I see it for less than $3.50 a box. Doesn't happen often.

Best price I have seen on M855/SS109 clone ammo. Made in Belgium at FN. I grabbed several already. If you order more than a few the shipping drops.

I don't shoot it recreationally, but I use the shit out of .22 on the farm to dispatch vermin.

I store it in watertight ammo cans with some desiccant and add it to the stack.

Possums mostly and a few skunks. The occasional Tom Cat, but I typically have to reach out for them with the 17HMR bolt gun.
