CHP Officer Killed in Shootout

One CHP Officer killed, two others wounded and perp also killed.

Pictures on the news look bad.

My guy who works in the area says the dead suspect is a Vagos OMG member. I’m told the first Officer never had a chance.

RIP to the Officer.

Also, a New Haven, CT Police Officer was shot tonight when he intervened in a shooting while off duty. Details are slim.

I wish the witness had a rifle instead of a camera.

RIP to the fallen officer. Best wishes for recovery of the wounded.

It's easy to find on gmaps where the witness was and the shooting occurred. Approx 150-160 meters away. Even with open sights, someone could have helped. It was close enough that one of them thought they could shout to distract the shooter.

Everyone is trying to get their life together.
"The man suspected of killing a CHP officer and wounding two others in a dramatic shootout in Riverside was an ex-con who served 10 years in prison for attempted murder - but also a married father trying to get his life together, according to his father."

One doesn't try to get their lives together while remaining a member of an OMG. His "father" simply doesn't have a clue as to the murdering dirtbag that is son is.

Motive: He was going back to prison for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Another reason there is usually a long gun(or two) in my vehicle along with the handgun on me.

That video was tough to watch, how quickly the day went sideways for those officers.

Respect and condolences.

I see numerous videos of lone cops being shot at on the Active Self Protection YT Channel. Know this: You will have help - just don't shoot me. I f'ing hate murderers.

Of course, this may change in the current anti-gun political climate.

RIP and Speedy Recovery.
