Do not get shoulder surgery unless everything else has been exhausted.

My right shoulder was "frozen" and eventually had a total joint done. After 9 surgeries, the last was an old-school ball and ties the tendons to it due to bone loss due to an infection. Best advice was out it off as long as you can. Pain all day every day.
