Fred was interviewed last night on Shannon Bream's show. He maintained his tact and professionalism by not naming those who fucked over his Marines/Corpsmen but we know who they are. Personally I think he should have laid them out publicly but he is much smarter and less vindictive than I am.

I never worked with him, but I've heard how classy he was. He was truly admired by those he led. That is the best recommendation that I could hope for.

I disagree, I don't think anyone should publicly identify John Nicholson, Frank Kearney, and Patrick Pihana as the US Army officers that betrayed their oaths and aided and abetted the enemy's propaganda campaign.

That's the first I've heard of Pihana. Shortly after this incident went down I was privy to an e-mail from the Assistant Commandant, Gen Magnus to either the SOCOM DCG or CoS stating the Kearney needs to STFU and let the investigation play out. Apparently him and Nicholson didn't get the memo.

It's good to hear that. Bob's a good guy. A young Cpl. Shark0311 may have surreptitiously notified him concerning some fuckery going on at Camp Pendleton involving mail theft that he squared away. The base CG was not happy.

Sometimes when the Chain of Command is more concerned with CYA bullshit, you need to go to "The Man" and drop a MOAB on his desk and say, WTF?
