BlueForce, Inc., is seeking former USAF Senior Officers & NCOs for an Operations Support Analyst position to support the USAF Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) and the A5/8/9 Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) Program on Joint Base Eustis-Langley, Langley AFB, Hampton, VA.

CONTRACT: ACC (USAF HQ Air Combat Command)
POSTION: Operations Support Analyst
LOCATION: Langley AFB - Hampton, VA

• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Must have a current Top Secret (TS) security clearance eligible for upgrade to SAP
• In the event of US Military service, must have an honorable discharge
• Must have seven (7) years’ experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher level staff experience (combination of active duty, government service, or Contractor)
• Ten (10) years’ operational experience with Airborne Battle Management and Surveillance (ABMS)
• Five (5) years’ experience developing, coordinating, and briefing Joint Capability Integration Development Systems (JCIDS) documents
• Five (5) years working with Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) and supporting Program Objective Memorandum (POM) efforts


The Operational Support Analyst shall provide technical insight and expertise in support of the USAF Joint Capability Integration Development Systems (JCIDS) related studies and the Airborne Battle Management and Surveillance (ABMS) platform, other duties include:

• Utilizing the Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE), support of maintaining, sustaining, and advancing the ABMS capability
• Facilitate and monitor the efforts of working groups, develop reports and briefings, and prepare documents as part of the JCIDS and POM process.
• Support the Project Coordinator’s efforts to determine the most efficient team structure
• Build interdependent schedules, track required efforts, report status, and recommend alternative approaches to the Government
• Support risk assessments, threat assessments, operational effectiveness efforts, E-3 Bridge Strategy and comparing alternative solutions.
