Nope, that's why I modified it with "major" as an adjective, as opposed to some other over the top adjective.

Actually I realized how stupid that sounded shortly after posting it, but decided to leave it like it is. It was kind of like that scene in Animal House when Flounder walks up to a bunch of guys sitting around the table at Delta House engaged in a poker game and asks "you guys playing cards"?

Wow, that Memphis-UCLA game was a shoot out. Great game for Memphis.

South Carolina just kicked a field goal and got a delay of game...against Kentucky...in Williams-Brice. After the penalty, they missed the re-try of the field goal.

And this is why SC is not ranked this year despite starting 2-0 against teams that appeared strong at the time of the game.

LSU hasn't lost in Starkville, MS since 1999. As a ranked team, they haven't lost in Starkville, MS since 1984.

They are getting their asses handed to them tonight. It is UGLY.

I turned the channel to see the last few plays of the FL vs TN game. How are you allowing a 65+ yard TD with .09 left in regulation?

Waiting for USC to pull away from TX but they're up only 14-7 at half.

Kentucky is putting it to the Cocks. Of course, two 4th down fails and kickers who can't find the goalposts aren't helping....

This is like being a Red Sox fan in the '80's. Those guys killed me then and the Gamecocks are doing it again.

What is it? No heart? Bad coaching?

South Carolina lost by 10 points after missing three field goals, missing a PAT, and failing to convert on 4th and goal from the 1. Kentucky played a nice game and deserves the win, but South Carolina has nobody but themselves to blame for it.

Getting rid of Miles isn't the issue. The hiring of Coach Orgeron is the issue. "He's one of us" isn't a qualification for being a Head Coach.

True. But that's what they could get, and a lot of people seemed to think he would fix the problems. I still get a chuckle about it from time to time.

Coach Orgeron's hiring is described best like this (stolen quote):

"I went to the Lamborghini dealership and they didn't have anything on the lot, so instead I bought this used Saturn."

lol. Yeah, that sounds about right.

Texas brought a good fight to USC. I wish I could have stayed up to watch the OT.
