That's going to slow down his promotion to Captain, for a long, long time.

Guard guys represent! And an O no less.

Cool points deducted for the 557 though. At least make it an 880 or something. A guy ripped one off from Ft Carson in the late 80's and took a spin up I-25. 880 or M-60, I can't remember.

e: LOL Nope, even better. M109.

He put out Twitter pics of his escapade...will come in handy during the military ceremonies that will be convened in his honor. He's got his M9 in one pic...theft of a government weapon, armed with a weapon in the commission of multiple felonies...little bit more serious than "unauthorized use of a government vehicle."

Wonder what set he's with?

From the Business Insider website link, there's a picture of him in uniform throwing some kind of sign. Probably just goofing off, but who knows these days? We've known about gang bangers joining the ranks in the past, and now we even have committed commies getting commissioned at West Point.

OPPORTUNITY

In another thread we had a member asking about E to O in the Guard and wondering where he could land while waiting for the Q. I believe we have an opening . . .

His Twitter caption would have you believe it's a reference to the Wu Tang Clan but any real Wu fan knows that the "W" is formed by crossing the thumbs of both hands, not the ring and middle fingers on one hand. The sign he's throwing is more commonly known as a "Westside" thing so he's a poser...

All I'm saying is I'd rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it. Also I want it in multicam.

To remember, and then go back to the ledgers and the commuter train, that was impossible. He knew he would eat his heart out if it ever came to that."
