Just curious, what happens (as seems pretty common) to those service members who have been married and divorced multiple times during their military career. Does each ex-wife then get a piece of the pie? For example, SMG Wilson is retiring. During his 20 years, he was married and divorced twice. So does each ex-wife get 25%?

the 50% after 10 yrs rule went away in most states. so I think it would depend on what state it's filed/adjudicated in, and how it's contested.
Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical and radical minority, rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.
