"You Die, They Win" is definitely putting it in a way a vet could relate to and hopefully see it as a challenge to stick it to the enemy one last time.

Good. American. Man. His sincere effort and compassion show all the "first, let me say, I support our troops..." quotes by other celebrities for what they are; trite, weasel-faced, pablum.

Powerful. I'm going to a suicide awareness fundraiser next month and I'm going to contact the primaries to ask if they can play this video. Gary Sinise is the best.

I salute Mr. Sinise's courage for supporting our troops.

Suicide is not the answer, reach out to someone.

I had the luck of flying Mr. Sinise into Al Asad. In the time we spent with him and his crew on the plane, all of us walked away with a great sense of hope as more and more conservative actors break into hollywood. He is certainly a class act.

Extremely moving! It is a rare thing these days for an individual of Mr. Sinise's caliber to openly support the men and women of the military. I pray that his endeavors and those of many others can limit the futility many veterans face on a daily basis. My hat is off to all of you enlisted in this cause!

I DVR the Mark Levin "Life, Liberty, Levin" show every Sunday night on FOX. His guests are usually quite good (not always) and this week was no exception. Gary Sinise is one of my favorite celebrities and this interview was awesome. From a follower of his work Gary seems to me very serious about his commitment to Veterans. I have supported his garysinisefoundation.org/ and I want to do so again.

Just FYI. Other SOCNET threads on Gary:

I agree that he is. One of my litmus tests to determine their sincerity is when they do things for Veterans "without" notifying the press and making a big scene of it. He is well known for helping Vets without getting any publicity for it. He is one of my favorite actors.
