TECHINT Fusion Analyst Senior (Reston, Virginia)

Job description
Must be a US Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly. If you do not meet this criteria, your resume will not be reviewed for this position.

Candidate will be responsible for developing, processing, evaluating and/or prototyping multi-discipline TECHINT exploitation and signature reports, products, and databases. Tasks include:
• Create data products and support/develop associated systems which heavily utilize technically- derived data from multiple sources to include MASINT, IMINT, OSINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT.
• Lead the assessment of developmental integrated software.
• Establish procedures and documentation formats. Integrate transition processes and implement modifications.
• Ensure new products, signatures, and processes meet customer requirements and are understood by non-technical consumers.
• Prepare and review quality of technical reports and briefs. Candidate must have experience with one or more of the following toolsets: ArcGIS, ERDAS Image, ENVI, Remoteview, IEC, Satellite Toolkit, ArcIMS, ArcSDE, Geodatabases, Link Analysis tools, SOCKET Set, S-Plus Stella, other physics based modeling tools, GALE, and other related tools.

Candidate must have significant current experience in TECHINT fusion training/techniques. Candidate must have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance and pass a CI polygraph. Position is based in the National Capitol Region.

CI/HUMINT SME

Job description
Must be a US Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly. If you do not meet this criteria, your resume will not be reviewed for this position.

Candidate will be responsible for providing support to technical operations planning, performing collection targeting; providing detailed documentation to support mission planning and operational approval; supporting mission optimization and risk analysis; preparing CONOP documentation; conducting and fostering community outreach and various Hard Target Strategies; planning and buildng support packages for technical operations; and providing liaison support to operational areas of interest.

Candidate must be certified through a military or agency HUMINT qualification course with at least 10 years’ experience operating in semi-permissive environments. Candidate must have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance and pass a CI polygraph. Preferred candidates will have operational experience with one of the following: Special Mission Units, Defense Clandestine Service, National Clandestine Service. Candidates must have senior level experience effectively communicating with Senior and General Officers Field Grade Officers /Senior Executive Service Officers. Position is based in the National Capitol Region.

Special Communications Engineer

Job description

Candidate will be responsible for providing engineering and technical support for the design, planning, and implementation of communications methods and systems. Tasks include:
• Support the development, refinement, and evaluation of tools associated with conduct of clandestine technical operations in support of military operations
• Assist in the creation/review of technical briefings, test plans, reports and statements of work
• Analyze requirements based on realistic CONOPS and TTPs to ensure functionality, operation and performance requirements are achieved
• Collaborate with the existing engineering team and providing tactical insights to non-SOF engineer personnel
• Consult with senior management and customers concerning technical project matters
• Evaluate systems performance to include participation in laboratory and field testing
• Provides technical evaluations
• Attends technical interchange meetings and program reviews
• Supports development of technical briefings
• Provide analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, and targeted vulnerability.
• Collect data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to profile activities, and to develop techniques to gain additional information
• Apply knowledge of target technologies and expertise with and knowledge of digital networks and the applications to determine how targets communicate, move, operate, and live

Candidate must possess experience with Test and Evaluation (T&E), military communications, data analysis; RF communications including protocols and waveforms, RF communications system design and/or testing, RF circuit and systems design and/or testing, operations and technologies applicable to waveform/modulation design and/or testing; antenna design and/or testing; and RF line of sight and beyond line of sight/SATCOM systems. Candidate must have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance and pass a CI polygraph. Position is based in the National Capitol Region.
