CHP Officer RIP

Killed LOD by DUI driver. I cannot fathom the families loss.

May those closest to him find peace.

Winter is here again oh Lord,
Haven't been home in a year or more
I hope she holds on a little longer
Sent a letter on a long summer day
Made of silver, not of clay
I've been runnin' down this dusty road

I've been trying to make it home
Got to make it before too long
I can't take this very much longer
I'm stranded in the sleet and rain
Don't think I'm ever gonna make it home again.

I HATE drunk drivers!

Rest In Peace, Brother and my sincerest condolences to his family.

Prayers out for his partner!

Drunk drivers kill 10k people a year and often get a pass. "Terrorists" Kill a dozen and we spend billions combatting it.

I almost lost a partner last year to a drunk. Almost identical scenario... The tragedies caused by people too lazy to call a cab or Uber or to plan better.

RIP

Killing someone driving drunk deserves the death penalty.

Gut-wrenching to hear stories like this.

RIP, Officer Camilleri. And prayers lifted for family and friends.
