I have a feeling my scores are going to take a downturn when I hit the fleet. Iíve been in Navy training commands with no ground job the past 2 years so Iíve actually had time to work out regularly.

That being flagged will catch up with you when you get older. Not know your future plans or what the Army breakdown of their PFT is. You will wake up one day and find your numbers suck, those extra 10# wonít go away.

Our EP Detail does a PT Assessment that consist of the following;

Dead hang pull ups

1/2 Mile agility run which consist of:
Run 200m then weave in and out of 9 cones placed 5 meters apart, run another 200m and drag a 225 dummy 10m, run 200m and do a burpee (9 total) at each cone, run 200m to finish.

40 yard dash from the prone carrying a blue gun rifle

My stats

42 yo

18 pull ups
4:19 agility run
6.14 40yard dash
