30 Day Abs Challenge

With the beach season upon us, I figured all of us can use some abs work...

The challenge actually started yesterday, but for those who want to play it won't be too difficult to catch up.

I've been doing this challenge every month since I originally posted it. I swapped sit-ups for spider planks and alternate regular crunches with eagle crunches. For planks I do breaths instead of seconds (day 30 ends up being 4+ min).

I really like planks. The waist bendy thingys hurt my back. I am going to try the stiff arm overhead with a KB next.

I do have a kink in my hip that the spiderman crawls (planks) do help with.

I'm in. For clarification: are the leg raises hanging leg raises or the old-school 6 inches to 90 degrees leg raises? I am good either way - just checking.

Dunno bout the others but the wife and I are doing six" to 90 degrees, 4 count (gonna hate that decision later in the challenge, I know).

I do 90 degrees to 60 to 30 to 2" from the ground (5 breaths hold on the bottom).

Thanks for info. I will do the lying down leg raises primarily, but will mix in some hanging ones also.
