Non-CF Daily Workout Logs
had a little vertigo this week,it isnt fun with everything spinning real bad-did get a squat in(smith mach.) and flat bench BP.a little better today,DB swings(85#)DL in the rack,shin level-315#,5reps;pushups,pullups,and some stomach stuff.short workout,hope i feel better for my arlington ,tx trip(Marine get together)

The swim should be a good warm up/cool down - good luck. Today 5R4T of 20 x 10# sledge hits on tire (10R/L), 20 step ups on tire (15"?), and 15 push ups all w/20# vest in 10:31.

whew, forgot i had to go out of town for work. I did a 500 yrd swim side stroke and was able to manage 12 sets of the pull ups/push ups/squats to muscle failure. I did that in under 20 minutes.. probably had another 5 or so to go.

PM: Plyometric Pull-ups, body weight for 3 sets of 8 Barbell Back Squat, 3 sets of 12 with 225 forearm work had to be efficient in PM workout, very little time |

Today was a CF rest day, so I did 250 pushups in 19 min, 28 sec. And then walked 30 min down the hill and back to fetch 5kg of washed clothes (no pails of water to be had)....

2mi run followed by getting my ass beat up (not literally, just feels that way) tonight at BJJ practice.
On a positive note. Met a new guy at practice tonight who was a former SEAL -- class 223 -- and is currently in medical school. Solid guy with good ground work.

Weighted push ups (all w/20# vest); 25, 20(+10#), 15(+25), 15(+35), 5(+45). The + is for an additional plate on the back. Did 3 pull ups w/vest per set of push ups. Finished with 3 rounds of 3:40 on and 1:20 off of 10# sledge hits on big-ass tire. 'Bout 100 hits/round.

I stood for 11 hours yesterday, no break, no food, no water. Today sucked:
2 mile run - 15:30 tbar rows - 5 sets of 10, working up to 120 on the barbell decline bench - 5 x 10 x 175 (shoulder hurts) dl - 30 x 135, 20 sec rest, 20 x 135 pass out. It's amazing how crappy dehydration and hunger make you feel. Screws performance. |
