Confined to the house, and only had 30ish minutes this a.m.

100 goblet squats with 45lb KB
4 x 8 KB thrusters with 45lb each hand
3 x 20 slasher to halo with 45lb KB
50 shrugs with KBs

From Friday:
Zercher squats 2 x 10 with 135#, then 3 x 5 with 185#
Supersetted the following every minute 6 rounds
A) Standing military press with 145# x 5
B) weighted pull-ups with 35# x 5

Suitcase carries with 125# on Oly bar, 40m x 5 rounds ea arm
Plank complex 45 sec each (side, front,side, back) x 3
Neck exercises: 'yes/no's'.

500 KB swings with a 53lb bell
30 x weighted pull-ups with 45lbs
Broken down as follows in five rounds:
10 swings
1 pull-up
15 swings
2 pull-ups
25 swings
3 pull-ups
50 swings
-90 seconds rest between rounds.

Did not get through unbroken on each set of 50.
