Changed up my routine to high rep 360's. My max in one set had been 10 each direction. For the last week I've done sets of 50 in each direction every day.

Back to swinging the mace but sticking to the 7lb for awhile. My right elbow got hyper extended grappling then the 25lb mace got away from me and really tweaked that elbow. I'm back at now with bouncing step switch curls for 20 minutes 3 times a day.
