Can't wait for season 2. My son and I have been watching clone wars to get all spun up.

Rumor is flying that the main star quit half way through shooting due to director refusing to reconsider the "all helmet, all the time" policy. Looks like he will only be in half the season. He wants his face to be shown more.

Ya know, he was hired to play a role, and I imagine getting pretty good money for it, and now he's complaining??

He wants his baby face shown more??, Now actors are trying to change the themes of movies...me...me...me...

Didn't really like that series in the first place...

I read that he took his complaint to LucasFilm and was then told to leave the set. It'll be interested to see how they edit the show for the season and what it becomes.

I'm in the camp that he agreed to play a role then wanted to change the role. If he wants to show his face on camera more, do another season of Narcos or watch himself on GoT.

I am looking forward to season two.. I understand stars are what they are, but, the story line is the story line. That is what he gets paid to portray.

Given that the main source of this "rumor" is Grace Randolph, I wouldn't really buy much into this he quit, was removed from set or any other version of what is floating out there. The principle photography was finished quite a while ago. For his departure to be kept secret this long is rather hard to believe. Randolph has been wrong quite a bit. I'd liken her to the Sean Naylor of nerd journalism, only right by coincidence on small things.

Watched first several episodes of Maladorians this weekend.

I think is a remake of the Japanese cult TV classic from early 1970s called wolf and cub. About a ronin Japanese samurai who travels through japan with a baby. Plot and the premise is very very similar.

Isn't pretty much everything filmed today a remake of something else? Or a sequel?

You are certainly not the first to make that association.

My thoughts exactly. I get tired of people using that as an excuse to criticize a movie/series.
