Looking forward to the Narino.

Iíve been focused on pretty much nothing but rehab. Three times a week. I get home hurting like a mofo. Get it settled then next day wake up & itís stiff as a board. Do my home rehab then the next day at it again.

Gah! Must be the age because I previously had rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders and donít remember it being remotely this painful or difficult to rehab. But I now can raise it an inch or two higher than before without passing out from the pain. So thatís progress.

How's the Narino treating you, Linda? I consider coffee drinking a form of rehab, raising progressively bigger mugs of coffee to your lips can work wonders (for something).

SCREAMING DEAL ALERT!!! You wanted cheap coffee? Here it is, $13.50/lb.

Due to a clerical error (er, ya I screwed up), I was alerted to the fact that I have 66lbs of this sitting around in the suppliers warehouse on contract from last year. It's fantastic stuff, just a little past its prime, so I'm heavily discounting it until it's gone, and I want it gone so LET'S DO THIS!

The Narino is treating me just fine. Itís very good. Now can you find a bean that will cure infection? Got that going on with my shoulder. Set me back a bit.

I ground some Narino and took it to my Dr and he about had a seizure over it because it was so good. Heís one of those Keurig people but had some pods where you can put your own coffee in. I showed him the difference between old ass coffee vs fresh roasted and fresh ground coffee. Gave him your info. Let me know if he orders.

Think I might mosey on over and get acquainted with that Santa Theresa.

Haha, nice. His life will never be the same, poor guy. Tell him to cure your infection and maybe I'll send him some.

It's up and ready to go! My latest string of Ethiopias has been killing it, but this is a different take on the typical natural process fruit bomb, with ginger, watermelon, mango, blueberry, chocolate. So, so good.

I still have some of the Panama left at $13.50, as well.

New coffee! ...herb and spice notes, ginger, watermelon and blueberry, maybe some mango, and deep caramel sweetness.

Panama is gone.

Right now the Legos idea sounds wonderful.

This shit is getting old and wearing me down big time.

I keep forgetting to go to your site and ordering coffee. I think about doing it then forget about it. I think about it and in my mind that means Iíve done it. This antibiotic crap is getting on my nerves. Itís literally making me sick.

Sounds like a pain in the ass, Linda. Sorry it's not going your way. If you can't beat it into submission, maybe you ca drown it with coffee. :)

You did order the Rophi, roasting tonight!

When I donít feel well my brain gets scattered. I think about going to your site and ordering then forget all about it. Drowning in coffee sounds good to me. These antibiotics are making me sick so tomorrow weíre gonna try stronger antibiotics via an IV drip. Hoping that gets rid of the infection and because;it wonít go through my digestive system I will tolerate it better.

At this point Iíd smear peanut butter on the shoulder if I thought it would work.

Sounds like Iím gonna have me some Rophi this weekend. How is it doing regarding espresso? Any technique I should use to extract more coffee flavor and crema?
