So, everybody good with giving the IRS your checking account number and routing number so they can direct deposit your stimulus funds?

There is no way, ever, that I will just give the IRS my banking info.

Want to bet we hear stories of funds being removed, taken or other fuckery without permission.

I can't put my finger on it just seems a little NQR. Not Quite Right.

I just do not trust the IRS/Gov. to do things right.

My gut is screaming no. I gotta listen to it.

You know they already have it right? I mean, even if you've never done autopay or DD before, the bank will just give them all your info if they ask nicely (NSL) or get a warrant. It's not like it's a secret to the government.

I mean, feel free to do what you gotta do, but if .gov wants to take your money, not much besides open rebellion is going to stop them.

Just saying.

Well shit. I guess I just do not understand the process. How would the .gov get your account number if you used auto pay? Auto pay as a way to pay bills with the government or as I use it to pay the usual household bills?

Thank you for your help in getting me to understand the process.

Autopay wasn't the right word. My bad. I'm referring to doing your taxes on line and getting your tax refund sent back to you electronically. Mostly I'm just bitching that all it takes is one unconstitutional law and the government can do whatever they want.

I hate, despise, detest, want to nuke supervisors/managers/administrators who, upon receiving an e-mail from me then include their bosses when they reply. These weak-willed and cheaply built people do this with the most basic and un-important of e-mails. You pussies, stand on your own two feet and command, lead or supervise.

The above is not unique to me.

No reply is sent on my part. They are given PNG status, and I refuse to reply to them with anything other than yes or no followed by a period to end my sentence. When I am asked a question by them, I reply with yes or no and walk away.

I detest passive-aggressive behavior. What I hate even more is people who have no backbone.

28% reduction in pay starting this week - guess I'm glad we're still open.
