3 rounds of Tabatas (20 sec max, 10 sec rest x 8) in 17:06 on the new Assault Bike. Hate it. Love it.

Round 1: Assault Bike/Push Ups/Assault Bike/Air Squats/Assault Bike/Hanging Knees to Elbows/Assault Bike/Push Ups

Round 2: Assault Bike/Crunches/Assault Bike/Flutter Kicks/Assault Bike/Supermans/Assault Bike/Neck Bridges

0700 BJJ: 10 minute warm ups, side control escapes to armbar, 4 x 5 minute live rounds

3 mi on treadmill. 20 minutes of 180 heart rate cardio with body weight exercise mix/circuit type activity. Knee is responding fairly well.

Slept in until 0700 and did some stretches. It was great. Back to BJJ tomorrow.

Deck Of Cards, PT gear. Burpees, 4ct Squats, 4ct Flutterkicks, Diamond Push-Ups.

I've decided that I really like this workout. It's highly modify-able in terms of what exercises to use and intensity level with which you approach it(ie. good for a real ass-kicker or a more drawn out "easy day"). I also find that even when I use the same exercises, my workout never feels the same b/c of the randomness of the order of cards drawn.

2 miles on the treadmill. An hour of basketball with my grandson (mistake). I think this is the official end of me "playing" basketball, which I dearly love, but 5 knee surgeries and two back surgeries have done me in for that sport.

3 rounds in ~19 minutes of:
- 30 calories on Assault Bike at 60 rpm
- 30 floor wipers with 136# barbell
- 30 lay pulls with WOSS exercise straps

The bike ups the ante like nobodie’s business.
