I just had a small presentation on sleep. According to the psych the body doesnít fully come back from shift work sleep patterns after X time.

While you're choosing ball size, for what it's worth I first started with a small medicine ball, about 180mm diameter or so (labelled 3kg), to put between the shoulder blades to unlock the thoracic spine before moving to the huge swiss ball (650mm) for the whole spine

Yeah, it sucks (from the research, never did it). I'd be doing all the tricks - Sun lamps, black-out curtains, etc...

Poly, I know you've mentioned gut health before. I'm coming off a 5 day quick weight loss regime thanks to a campylobacter infection. I ended up taking a 1000mg 1 time dose of Azithromycin. Got any pointers to amend this and the effects of the mega z dose?

Fermented Foods (Sauerkraut is probably the easiest to find/tolerate - Kombucha, Natto and Kimchi are some others), Fiber, and Probiotics from Yogurt or as a supplement.

Swanson's Vitamins is a good source - they have regular 20% off sales (sign up for the email list - you'll get a million, but it's worth it $$ wise IMO) They have a 16 Strain one that is pretty affordable (Dr. Langer is in the name, forget the exact name).

You can get in the weeds with Probiotics, I just take that one ^ and call it a day.

Edit: Here it is: https://www.swansonvitamins.com/swan...-60-veg-drcaps

BOGO and a 4 month supply for $15 BEFORE any discount. Bargain. Keep them in the fridge even though they are supposed to be shelf stable - cheap insurance.
