Had a chance to see it early... And missed it, no thanks to Murphy...

Will definitely be catching this flick in theatres.

So, has anyone here seen this yet. I'm thinking about checking it out next weekend. But, if it's garbage, I don't want to waste my money on it.

It is intense - and very good. Well worth seeing on the big screen with big sound.

Thumbs down

Saw it on Tuesday... IMO, it was a waste of time.

I really wanted to like this movie and gave it my full attention throughout it's 2 hour screen time. However, it just felt drawn-out and I think one could see how the movie was going to end from about one third of the way through it.

Emily Blunt and Benicio Del Toro are among my favourite actors, so it was further disappointing - although I will say they did a great job portraying their characters; as flat and one dimensional as they seemed at times.

Went through the move a few times in my head - trying to think of what thing or two I might be missing that keeps me from enjoying the flick. And honestly, I can't think of anything. It just felt long, predictable with rather drab and cliche characters, be it the confused female FBI agent, the Mexican "consultant," and the, spoiler -

(Josh Brolin and the rest of the shaggy men are CIA SAD personnel, who are also portrayed as callous and rather bloody-thirsty men...)

I'd give the movie a 5/10, tops. And also thankful that I had a movie gift card...

Meh. Yet another shoot-em-up movie full of Hollywood anti-gun Libs shooting lots of guns for profit.

Did EB show any T&A?

Nope. It's something she chooses not to do in movies, and I respect that.

Well okay. Actually she is seen in her bra while changing twice and that is it...

So...she won't show her breasts on camera, but she'll show her ass in comments to the press?

Apparently so...?

I had no idea of those what appear to be half-witted comments she made up until you mentioned it, Gavin. I cannot say anything about some of her comments given I am Canadian. However yeah, overall it certainly appears she does show it or perhaps has it up her 5th POC.

Perhaps a bit of blunt force trauma to the Blunt noggin has publicly taken effect...?

I won't watch this movie nor anything else Blunt is in because she stated she regretted getting her US citizenship.

Fuck her & since she regrets it and likes being British she can go home & I won't contribute one dollar to anything she's involved with.
