I wonder the massive shitshow that would be. From what I understand, the Koreas (both North and South) have always wanted reunification. It's just non-negotiable to each side which govt is the one that remains in power. With having the Kims in charge of the NorKs, even though it would be a tough battle eventually the South might be able to pull it off. Maybe a Phyrric victory. Who knows.

But if the ChiComs invade, do we really think they would invade, depose the Kims, and leave? Hell no, they'd stay just like they stayed in Tibet. Why would you ever conquer something just to give it back? That's stupid suicidal western cuck thinking.

So yeah, which the ChiComs deposing the Kims would solve some short term problems, methinks that it would create a much larger and more dangerous issue in the long-term. This is what we get for being pussies and not nuking them in the 1950s when we had nuclear hegemony. As much as I despise MacArthur, he was correct (so was Patton for that matter). All of our problems all stem from right around the end of WWII. And the cuckservative bullshit of "opening up China for trade" was the next stupid move by idiots who loved their short-term answer for cheap labor shit, just at the cost of transferring our wealth and prosperity to the third world. Sure, they'd never feel the effects, but their children and grandchildren would. Now we, their children and grandchildren, are reaping the costs and suffering. And still our politicians have that mindset.

Jefferson's tree had got to be one thirsty plant by now.

IMO, the main issue is the fact that Lil Kim is simply out there running his suck without anyone holding him responsible for his actions. It really matters not - to me - whether or not he remains in office or not, but that he is put in his place in the world of has-beens. Much like ole Muammar was. I think China could do it in a way that wouldn't end up in a major loss of life to us. Personally, I think we could launch enough conventional warheads into Pyongyang to decimate it and hopefully kill the little idiot, but I'm not sure we are truly ready for that. Regardless, I am ready to shut him up or let's move forward.

The Chinese know the inner workings of NK better than anyone. Therefore they probably know the alternatives to Kim and do not find it very appealing. And of course the massive migration of Norks across the border searching for someone else to rule them with an iron fist.

Another theory I have considered after watching docus and reading up a bit is that China believes Kim is the only viable option. The Norks have been so brainwashed after leaving the womb to believe that the Kims are gods that perhaps NK populace cannot survive without them in their lives. Even the generals around him. Most of them have also been brainwashed and have never been out of the country (which I find hilarious when I see them with massive amounts of medals hanging on their uniforms).

I was listening to former UN Ambassador John Bolton in an interview with Fox today. When asked this question, he avoided a direct answer. Later in the interview he was talking about unification and went back to the possibility of the Chinese theory in which he avoided earlier. Sounded like he knows more than he was willing to discuss. Some other points he made:

- The POTUS has mentioned a nuclear armed Japan and the Chinese certainly don't want that.
- The Chinese don't want a mass of refugees caused by military conflict with NK.
- The Chinese don't want further trade reduction with the US over the issue.
- The Chinese don't want US forces in NK close to their border.

You can't rule out the possibility.

Of course the Chinese would like NK to shut up and fall in line. What Kim does is damaging and destabilizing for entire region not to mention mutual relations between the U.S. and China. Money flow is disrupted and the great dragon definitely does not want that.

Like I wrote before, given how over 80% of NK international trade is done with China, Chinese sanctions should be enough for Kim to quietly step back. However, that's what a sane and realistically thinking politician would do. Is Kim one? Or has he given way to full-bore fanaticism?

He is certainly eager to prove he's THE leader, worthy of his father and grandfather. That alone causes lots of problems when discussing possible stopping of nuclear tests by NK. Internal propaganda is one thing, you can always explain to the masses that you nuked Washington when in reality you step down and stop ICBM tests; problem is with entire NK military that is mentally conditioned to push forward towards a confrontation with America and Kim has to satiate their hunger.

NK is no Soviet Union. Different mentality, different ideals. They don't want to sit down and talk about disarmament. They want to exploit the "bastards" that are all the countries in the world which they view as inferior maggots. A pure child being stepped on by angry Yankee bastards and their minions. IMO they're the worst kind of totalitarian regime, a specialized parasite that sucks whatever international community gives them but gives absolutely zero in return, instead growing and growing and becoming more and more malignant. Sort of like cancer. And we all know how negotiating with cancer works out.

If Chinese sanctions fail to do anything there might be a moment where military option is needed.

Not even hardly. While there is a difference between internal propaganda and reality (witness Clinton coming to Norkland "to surrender and apologize") claiming that you nuked America is not going to fly for long if you didn't, nor would you be around to talk about it if you had.

Solution: (1) eliminate lil Kim. (2) give the country to Hillary to rule.

That’s the most brilliant thing I’ve ever heard! The Left will move in mass to their new Socialists utopia. Which, “surprisingly” will look a whole lot like it does right now, down to the pant suit dictator.

I'm sure that Kim will come up with some unbelievable nonsense to rectify the situation if truth surfaces. NK is already living in a fantasy world. Like in this or this or even this video. Now I have a proof that one sole copy of Windows Movie Maker was definitely smuggled into North Korea.
