here are the details on the guys we are looking for.

Program Manager;

Minimum Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in similar international training missions of
similar size and scope preferably in North Africa or the Middle East;
• Graduate of a certified state, federal, local, or equivalent corrections and/or probation and parole academy;
• Demonstrated experience coordinating and conducting successful training using simultaneous interpretation;
• A minimum of 10 years as a senior training officer of a correctional institution or equivalent with an emphasis
on Emergency Management Training.
Preferred Qualifications
• Fluent in French and/or Arabic

Technical Advisers;

Minimum Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an officer in a correctional institution or equivalent with experience
drafting new and revised policies and procedures.
• A minimum of 5 years as member of an Emergency Response Team.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar international missions of similar size and scope.
Preferred Qualifications
• Fluent in French and/or Arabic


Trainers;

Minimum Requirements
• Graduate of a certified state, federal, local, or equivalent corrections and/or probation and parole academy.
• A minimum of 5 years as an officer of a correctional institution and member of an Emergency Response
Team.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a trainer in similar international training missions of similar size and
scope.

Preferred Qualifications
Fluent in French and/or Arabic
