Not sure of the accuracy of this but it is being said recently on TAHell.

Someone looked him up on the DoD’s Global database this morning and found that he is an infantry 2nd Lieutenant, assigned to the 10th Mountain Division and that he’s currently attending Ranger School. I shot off some info. to both the Ft. Drum Mountaineer Online and the Watertown Daily Times. We'll see how this gets spun up.

Hopefully he gets everything he deserves. I thought you had to be smart and have honor to graduate from West Point, the Che shirt proves he fails on both counts.

Hahahahahaha. I would totally wear a Che shirt if it got me laid. Not even going to lie. Moldylocks was pretty damn fine until.....well, the whole dreadlock thing commie-endstate thing. So I imagine there was a fairly large window there where you could still get in when the getting in was good.

If he's in Ranger school I expect a unit recall soon. I'm not there anymore but I'll find out.

It's been discussed here before but I can't remember. Would it be possible to have a Batt scroll on your right shoulder as a support non Ranger school graduate?

He had a CIB.... I would hope a poser couldn't make it through West Point wearing that.

I get it...just wondering why he's currently at Ranger school with a Batt scroll on his shoulder.

Yes. You could be Infantry and have a combat scroll and leave/RFS from the unit before getting a tab.

Yes. Not everyone in the Ranger Bat has been to Ranger school. Entrance to the Ranger Regiment is through completion of RASP (or RIP) in the old days. If you were ina combat zone, regardless of MOS , while assigned to a Ranger Bat, you are authorized to wear the scroll.

On his face book page it show him getting awarded a CIB from a pro communist organization composed of veteran "for engaging in online combat". So was he awarded a real CIB or is wearing a faux one?

We had a soldier from my company, one of my privates actually, who went on to West Point prep school. He never went to Ranger school, only a RIP grad. But he sewed on Ranger tab. He got away with it for a year before he was busted and expelled from West Point.

JUST saw that... I also saw where it said he LOM'd as a Private.

But it looks like he is at RS right now with 10th Mountain as the sending unit. I wouldn't take a million dollars and Megan Fox's box to be him right now...

That's right. Thanks. I was confusing RASP with Ranger school again.
